Bavarian Alps

Today we went into the Alps area to visit Neuschwanstein the Disneyland castle.  No photos allowed inside but there would have been just too much to take.  We bought a book which also gives the history of the castle.  then the church in the meadow with lots of cows around.  

  Then we had a look in the church in the meadow. Typical very ornate church, and lots of cows around outside.  

Then we visited Oberammergau where the Passion Play is held every 10 years.  The town is very picturesque.  We had lovely icecreams.   Even the country side was just fantastic scenery and a beautiful sunny day.

Tomorrow we head off to Salzburg and have a special tour to Hiltler's Eagles Nest
